6 month: Real estate investing journey to include analyzing flips, wholesaling, BRRRR method, Live actual properties.

Investing (Tier 2)

12 month: Short Term rentals, fix/flips, creative financing, multiple exit strategies and come along on some of our deals, assisting with mentorship on your flips or multi-rental
